1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Teesside Landscaping ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Teesside Landscaping website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

2. Service Description

Teesside Landscaping operates as a lead generation service. We are not a landscaping contractor, and we do not perform landscaping services ourselves. Our role is limited to connecting you with independent third-party service providers ("Service Providers") who may be able to assist with your project.

We do not guarantee that we will be able to match you with a Service Provider, nor do we guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by any Service Provider.

3. Relationship with Service Providers

Any contract for services is strictly between you and the Service Provider. We are not a party to any such contract and have no liability or responsibility for any services provided or not provided by the Service Provider.

While we make efforts to partner with professional and experienced Service Providers, we do not endorse or recommend any specific Service Provider. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before hiring any Service Provider, including verifying their insurance, licenses, and references.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions; (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

SPECIFICALLY, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH ANY SERVICE PROVIDER INTRODUCED THROUGH THE SITE.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your use of the Site; (2) breach of these Terms and Conditions; (3) any overt act or omission by you or the Service Provider in relation to the services requested.
